Refund Policy

Refund will be made in the same mode as that in which payment was received, within 7 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.

In case the allotted Pandit reaches the venue on time but due to some reasons from the customers’ side the Puja is not conducted during the given specific time (Muhurat), there will be no refund provided.

Please expect a full refund in a case where our Samagri is delivered later than the promised date or after the Puja’s specified date.

For PUJA SAMAGRI: In case of cancellation of before the shipment of the order, whole amount will be refunded. No cancellation will be considered once the order is sent in for shipment.

For PANDIT SERVICES: In case if the client has booked only the Pandit, then the entire amount will be refunded but if the client has booked Pandit & Samagri, then only the Pandit’s amount will be refunded completely and 50% of Samagri’s amount will be refunded.

Note: The order cancellation has to be placed minimum 48 hours before the date & time of Puja. If the cancellation request is placed with less than 48 hours pending, the refunding of the amount on cancellation will be subject to consideration.
