The Company reserves the right to accept a new registration on its website, https://www.godsadhana.com/, and allow cancellation of service(s) purchased. We may offer a refund for one or more of the services the registrant may have signed up for.

  1. Cancellation by Registrant: -

1.1. Eligibility for Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may qualify for a refund of up to 50% of the booking amount, subject to a deduction for administrative costs as determined by Godsadhana.

1.2. Non-Refundable Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date are not eligible for any refund.

1.3. How to Cancel: Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@godsadhana.com.

1.4. Promotional and Loyalty Offers: If the service was booked as part of a promotional offer, loyalty scheme, or any other benefits, refunds will only be issued up to the amount actually paid by the registrant.

1.5. Email Requirement: Refund requests must be sent from the same email address used at the time of registration. Requests from different email addresses will not be processed.

1.6. Details Required: Refund requests should include payment transaction details and any additional information specified at the time of cancellation, along with the reason for cancellation.

1.7. Processing Time: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, bank account, or other medium) within 15 days of receiving the cancellation request.

1.8. Fraudulent Transactions: In cases of fraudulent transactions, Godsadhana reserves the right to cancel the service and issue a refund to the original payment source.

 

  1. Special Conditions for Puja Bookings: -

2.1. No Refund Policy: If the allotted Pandit Ji arrives at the venue on time and the customer decides not to proceed with the puja, no refund will be provided.

2.2. Rescheduling: Puja bookings can be rescheduled once at no extra cost. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the original service date.
