Return & Cancellation Policy
Godsadhana believes in providing an absolutely hassle-free experience to our customer and therefore we have a liberal cancellation and return policy.
1. When should I consider my order as confirmed?
For PUJA SAMAGRI: An order confirmation mail will be sent to the mail ID provided at the time of placing the order.
For PANDIT SERVICES: The customer will receive a confirmation call from the customer care department reassuring the availability of the Pandit on the booked date. Subsequently, a booking confirmation mail will be sent on the mail ID provided at the time of placing the order.
2. When will the order be delivered?
For PUJA SAMAGRI: The order kit will be delivered within 7 working days from the date when you placed the order.
For PANDIT SERVICES: If you’ve received the order confirmation, the Pandit will be coming to the Puja venue 15 minutes prior to the time when the Puja is supposed to begun.
3. Under what condition I can return the product received from Godsadhana?
For PUJA SAMAGRI: You can return the product you have received if it is: Faulty or defective, physically damaged, not as specified, incomplete and not of the quality & quantity specified.
For PANDIT SERVICES: Returning is not applicable.
Note: No return of the kit will be allowed after a span of 7 days from the date of delivery of the order. Please send us an email before initiating the return. Any return of the product by the customer should be sent via a reliable courier or speed post with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags, brand packaging intact, shall be accepted. Refund will be provided as per the condition of the product to be return.
4. What in case I cancel the product/services?
For PUJA SAMAGRI: In case of cancellation of before the shipment of the order, whole amount will be refunded. No cancellation will be considered once the order is sent in for shipment.
For PANDIT SERVICES: In case if the client has booked only the Pandit, then the entire amount will be refunded but if the client has booked Pandit & Samagri, then only the Pandit’s amount will be refunded completely and 50% of Samagri’s amount will be refunded.
Note: The order cancellation has to be placed minimum 48 hours before the date & time of Puja. If the cancellation request is placed with less than 48 hours pending, the refunding of the amount on cancellation will be subject to consideration.
Customer Grievance Policy
If our Panditji reaches after your specified Muhurat timings, be assured that we will figure out another Shubh Muhurat for you and make sure the Panditji reaches before time. In case you don’t want to conduct the Puja post this situation, a full refund shall be provided to you within 7 working days
In case our Panditji doesn’t meet your pre-specified community and language specifications and fails to conduct the Puja as per your religious rituals and methodology, we will perform the entire Puja again for you free of charge making sure that the new Pandit meets all your requirements and one of our head Pandits will come for your Puja.
If the quality of our Samagri is improper or the quantity is insufficient, we will replace the entire Samagri kit for you.
