Order Confirmation
- Puja Samagri: Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during the transaction.
- Pandit Services: Our customer care team will follow up with a confirmation call to verify the availability of the Pandit on the scheduled date, accompanied by a booking confirmation email.
Delivery Information
- Puja Samagri: Orders are typically delivered within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
- Pandit Services: The Pandit will arrive at your venue 15 minutes prior to the scheduled Puja time.
Returns
- Puja Samagri: Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is faulty, defective, physically damaged, not as described, incomplete, or does not meet the specified quality and quantity.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us via email prior to initiating a return and ensure you use a reliable courier service with tracking for the return shipment.
- Pandit Services: Returns are not applicable for Pandit services.
Cancellations
- Puja Samagri: Full refunds are available for cancellations made prior to shipment. Cancellations are not accepted once the order is in transit.
- Pandit Services:
- For bookings of Pandit services only, a full refund will be issued.
- For bookings that include both Pandit services and Samagri, the Pandit’s fee will be fully refunded, and 50% of the Samagri amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled Puja. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Customer Grievance Policy
- Delayed Pandit Arrival: In the event that the Pandit arrives after the specified Muhurat, we will arrange an alternative Shubh Muhurat and ensure the Pandit arrives punctually. Should you choose not to proceed, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
- Community and Language Specifications: If the Pandit does not meet your community or language specifications, or fails to conduct the Puja in accordance with your rituals, we will arrange for a new Pandit, supervised by one of our head Pandits, to perform the Puja at no additional charge.
- Quality of Samagri: If the Samagri does not meet the required quality or quantity, we will replace the entire kit at no extra cost.
