Refund Process
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction and will be completed within 7 working days from the date of order cancellation.
Conditions for Refund
Puja Services: No refund will be provided if the Pandit arrives on time, but the Puja is not conducted within the specified Muhurat due to reasons attributable to the customer.
Delayed Samagri Delivery: A full refund will be issued if the Puja Samagri is delivered later than the promised date or after the scheduled Puja date.
Cancellation Terms
Puja Samagri: A full refund is available if cancellation occurs before the order is shipped. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order is in transit.
Pandit Services: For cancellations:
- If only Pandit services are booked, the full amount will be refunded.
- If both Pandit services and Samagri are booked, the Pandit’s fee will be fully refunded, while 50% of the Samagri’s amount will be refunded.
Cancellation Notice
Minimum Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Puja date and time. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the refund will be subject to consideration.
